At the Šunikov water grove / Šunikov vodni gaj in the Lepena Valley in Slovenia there are a few larger waterfalls as well as many small waterfalls and cascades, where the Lepena stream seeks its way into the valley between the moss-covered rocks. | Am Šunikov Wasserhain / Šunikov vodni gaj im Lepena Tal in Slowenien gibt es neben ein paar größeren Wasserfällen auch viele kleine Wasserfälle und Kaskaden, wo sich der Lepena Bach zwischen den moosbewachsenen Felsen seinen Weg ins Tal sucht. |

On both sides of the stream there are old, partly dead trees that are overgrown with moss. | Zu beiden Seiten des Baches findet man alte, zum Teil schon abgestorbene Bäume, die über und über mit Moos bewachsen sind. |

I always loved your photos of small waterfalls.
They are often more picturesque than the big ones.
If you like drinking water @johannpiber, then you right, you can't find any better than that.

Da sollte auch nichts drin sein - einige hundert Meter oberhalb ist ein Basin mit dem Bachwasser, wo die Bewohner von ein paar Häusern in der Nähe ihr Wasser herbekommen.

Das Dorf, wo ich aufgewachsen bin, hat auch so eine Quelle - eiskaltes bestes Quellwasser kommt aus dem Wasserhahn 🙂

Bei mir kommt Brunnenwasser aus dem Hahn.
32 Meter tief und von größten Süßwasser Reservat der Erde. Es erstreckt sich über halb Südamerika unter der Erde. Leider wollen nun Nestle und Coca Cola da ran.
Und nochmals leider, es ist sehr hart das Wasser und ich muss es über einen Osmosefilter filtern damit wir es trinken können.
Habe es Jahrelang ungefiltert getrunken und lebe immer noch :)

Wir haben als Kinder auch Sand und auf Deutsch gesagt "Dreck" gegessen und schmutziges Wasser als Kaffee getrunken beim Spielen und wir leben auch immer noch. Das wäre heute undenkbar für die Kleinen. Ich bin sogar nie wirklich krank, von Schnupfen abgesehen.
Manche Menschen vertragen mehr und manche weniger, und wenn man so aufwächst, wie wir damals, dann war das schon ganz gut, glaube ich.

Niemals hatte ich eine Allergie oder war ernsthaft krank.
Wir waren halt abgehärtet. Blätter haben wir probiert. Wie Du schon sagtest Sand gefressen. Usw.
Ab 68 hat sich das Alles geändert und diese Generation macht nun Politik.
Wo das hinführt erleben wir gerade.

I tell you something: I don't think, that many tourists have ever seen these little waterfalls, because there's no path to get there, and tourists almost never leave the path, because if they do they will get lost ;) lol
