Enjoying a peaceful spring

in #photography4 years ago

Hello Friends... How are you everyone?
This is my first post in our new blockchain "Hive", i hope this platform will grow better and better each day.
I also hope that you are all safe and healthy.
The situation at the moment is really saddening, especially when I am thinking about my own fellow citizen in Indonesia. I am worrying my parents and other family members.
Many people are too ignorants, naive and selfish. Not only ignoring the social distancing pleas, but they even start the annual tradition of hometown visits earlier and might endanger villagers who are actually supposed to be safe from virus for being so far away from the redzone.
Na ja... I am now anyhow thinking that in my home country, a place that is claimed to be religious and obviously full with people who disbelief the evolution but it seems like now they even leave their life to the natural selection.
Survival of the fittest.
How ironic.
Sad ... That's the picture that I have in mind now.
Well... Yeah, when I went to the garden today and saw all the blooming flowers and insects...
what came across my mind was this fact:
"The spring is coming... without us,
the flowers are blooming so beautiful..., also without us.
the birds are chirping and the insects are dancing...
Everything is going on just like it always did for years... Even if we are not there.
The mother earth is relaxing, detoxifying for a moment, enjoying its peace...
The world doesn't revolve around us.
Even if we all die... the earth will survive.

First of all, I'm glad to see your first post here in Hive. I also hope "this platform will grow better and better each day".

It's true! I absolutely agree with you, "even if we all die... the earth will survive", "the mother earth is relaxing, detoxifying for a moment, enjoying its peace". And all of the flowers in your garden always make me feel relaxed and refreshed. Very gorgeous, especially the white ones in the 6th and 7th pictures.

The bees are magnificent. It's great that you found them while making babies and it seems that your little princess is very interested in watching their activity. Very cute and clever little Biologist! ;)

p.s. Wishing you and your warm family in Germany and your parents and your other family members in Indonesia stay safe and healthy. ;))

In Thailand, we also faced the same situation as in Indonesia; many local people who worked in Bangkok came back to their hometown after most of the offices, shops, department stores were shut according to the Bangkok governer's order. After that, our government has to shut down the country, ask people to stay at home and strictly control people not to move or travel to other towns.

Hallo Tangmo, nice to see you here too. I wish you and your family will always stay safe and healthy. I hope that you can still enjoy fresh air despite having to shut down many outdoor activities in group.
It's time for many people to learn that slowing down the pace, not being hectic, be calm is great way to run life. We can let ourself and the earth to recover well.

Thanks so much for your kind wishes and for your kind concern as well. Yeah! I’m trying to keep calm and enjoyed the fresh air while watering the plants in my little garden. In the meantime, as I said before, your photos are very much helpful for me to keep relaxed and refreshed. Many thanks again.

You are right, “be calm is great way to run life”, I totally agree! I do really hope all of us and the earth can recover well very soon.

Have a wonderful day! ;)

Nice to meet you here!

Your text is a little fine piece of philosophy. I rrrrrreally enjoyed reading it!

It's an excellent way to enjoy this period. I have no problem with social distancing, it's nice to have more space lol.
And about boredom issue... Well...
Leute mit Intelligenz und Kreativität kennen das nicht, nicht wahr?
😂😁😆

I like how you and @jaki01 see your garden from your own perspectives :) While he focuses mostly on the little creatures, you pay more attention to the flowers. Nice and natural.

I can imagine how you feel about your family being in danger and so far away from you. I am in a similar situation as I am currently stuck on a little island in the Atlantic Ocean and my family and friends are in Europe. We need to be strong these days. All the best to you and your family.

You observed well @phortun . I was born inba farmer family so I probably have more affinity with plants 😊. And jaki is a biologist and an admirer of insects so that can explain his tendency 😁.
Considering the pandemie, let's just hope for the best for all of us.

Haha now it makes sense even more :) But I didn´t know that @jaki01 is a biologist, wow! That was one of the jobs I dreamed about when I was a little kid :D Always had a strong affection for animals. Is he a lab scientist or more like a university professor?

Well, i am sorry. I think for this question we can't answer it. We don't want to reveal too much details. I hope you can understand. It's enough to just say that he can explain so much about insects because he did learn a lot in this subject 😊.

No problem, I am sorry for being too curious :D I didn´t realize this kind of information is so personal. My apologies.

I am just reading that - no problem at all that you asked. :)
It's just that I don't want to make it too easy for everybody to know too many personal details and my real identity (of course I also know that if anybody really tries, he will find it out anyway). It's a blockchain here, and you can't delete anything which you have ever written, even if later you may regret it ...

I can totally understand that ;) I also try to keep my privacy. I don´t post photos of me here anymore (but I actually did a few time when I was a newbie :D) or reveal any detailed info about me.

It's hard to make those people understand those who do not want to understand. Ultimately they bring chaos to the cycle of life of ours. While in my city the temp has already raised even though Spring is going on lol.
Stay safe and nice images !!

Thank you @rehan12, nice to know you.
You are right, understanding muss come from oneself, others can't force it. That's why it's called understanding afterall. But it's still saddening to realise how high the level ignorance in the society is and how inconsiderate people can be. Even for toilet papers people could fight and be so rude. I know it's hard to change habit ,but it is still just habit, not even life essential.
Water is abundant in our country, one still can use water instead of paper, so why must people be crazy for toilet paper?
Stockpiling soaps...
Do they even realise the fact that to slow down the spread of virus, we need other people to wash their hands too...
it's not enough to have just us and our family washing hand.
This pandemie is really opening our eyes about many things and about some people around us.

Das stimmt. Etwas Geduld müssen wir noch haben 😊

Welcome Mbak.

Sehat sehat selalu ya di sana Mbak. :)

Sama-sama, kalian disana juga ya..take care well.

Sehr schöne Fotos.
Ich wünsche euch einen schönen Tag.

Dankeschön... Schönes Wochenende.

Euch auch ein schönes Wochenende.

Ps: @jaki01
Habe auch einen Insekten Post in Deiner Community gemacht.

The photos are really beautiful. Yes, it is a pity that people disregard the precautions for the Corona Virus. Here in South Africa, we are under lock-down and may not leave our homes.
Stay Safe!!

Oh... I didn't know that South Africa also does a strict measure. Yeah...there are so many people dying but therw are still plenty who disregard that and even still hold parties.
I can try to understand those who can't stay at home for the sake of earning money since it's necessary for a living but I just can't understand those who insist going on partying, praying in groups...God is Not blind nor deaf. God won't be so petty and get angry only because you pray at home instead of going to the temple, mosque, church and co.
How ignorants.

Today we have such great technology, that we don't have to meet to go to church, in my case, we have our Sunday service broadcasted live over the internet, now that we are in lock-down. People don't understand that they put themselves and their loved ones at risk when disregarding the social distancing, specially elderly people like their own parents!!
