I went on a holiday to Kırşehir (a very small city in Turkey) in August and came across with a perfect view:
This picture was taken by iphone 7 without a filter. Incredible right? I wondered what is the true story behind these rocks (color of them) and both authorities and local people told me that there are lots of thermal springs around the city and the high sulfur content of the spring water have resulted these fascinating beauties.
According to Mineral Research and Exploration Institute, thermal water are drawn from wells with a depth of 92-500 m in Kırşehir and the temperature of the water ranges between 30.3°C - 57°C 😱 😱 Source
Furthermore, this thermal spring have numerous benefits such as:
- Treatment in chronic periods of joint rheumatic diseases
- Treatment in the arteriosclerosis
- In the rehabilitation of paralysis
- Treatment in nervous disorder deficiencies and fatigue
- Treatment in liver, gallbladder, stomach, intestinal diseases,
- Treatment in hypertension, chronic bronchitis and upper respiratory tract infection
If you have such diseases you should visit cities which have thermal springs!
