Those were the words on the church sign outside. Not as witty as the signs on the strip club nearby, but not too bad either.
The steps of the church have been painted in bright colors, and a gate has been installed. The gate itself is interesting because of the native motifs in its design. The relationship between the Church and indigenous communities is a long and difficult one. So, the gate design is particularly interesting.
Why put a gate in the first place? The city is experiencing more mayhem than usual. Call it, post-pandemic blues.
It's good the church took measures to protect its property and congregation. Now, the congregation will feel safe when they go for worship. I love the design on the gate and the beautiful colors of the stairs just gave the church a brand new look from a far point of view. Imagine looking at the church with a drone from the sky, it will stand definitely stand out.
It is a unique building architecturally. Right in the middle of the city too, so it almost looks out of place. Thank you @bigabigail!
