RE: Lake Tahoe Sunrise Photo, Shot Exactly Two Years Ago

in #photography4 years ago

Hi man, good to see you after a long time, How are you? How's your health doing? Beautiful photograph, as usual, I love the reflection on the water and calm waves... Never heard about Bonsai rock, it's interesting... Has the Bonsai tree grown there naturally?

Anyway, Are you going to share your beautiful photographs here regularly??

Hello @priyanarc! Yeah, I've only been posting here about once every week or two. It's my crazy busy season with real estate photography. But I'm taking a little time off of work because, well... I need to go in for another medical procedure this week. For the second time, I will have a little camera inside my brain, lol. They saw something on my latest MRI that they are not sure about so they need to get a better look with an angiogram procedure. I'm sure I'll be fine but it stinks that I will be back in the hospital again. Oh well... Other than that, my health has been great, I've lost weight and feel better/healthier than I have in probably ten years.

Glad you like the photo. Yes, both Bonsai Rocks are natural I believe. The trees are growing in a little crack in the rock with a tiny bit of dirt in the crack. The trees never get big because the roots can't grow deep. It's pretty cool that they are able to survive in such difficult conditions.

I hope to be posting here more but I haven't been taking too many new landscape photos. All the covid madness has had me staying home more, and when I do go out, it's usually to shoot real estate. However, I did get out for a little hike with the camera and puppy today. I hope to post a photo or two soon...

Thank you for checking in on me. I hope everything is going great for you! Cheers!
