Certainly. I used a Canon 5DS R with a 16-35mm lens set at 16mm. ISO 400, aperture 2.8 and 1/200 of a second. A flash was also used.

That's a really nice camera!
I love it. The big files look incredible. It's not the best for milky way type shots but it works. The lower ISO's are amazing looking!
