It's truly a pleasure to visit Sikkim. The place is so beautiful. If you are a person who love nature you will be feeling like you are in heaven just like me. I will definitely visit again and again. I am sharing some random shots taken by me. You can imagine the scenic beauty of the place.
I am from West Bengal, India. I have make very good memories from this tour. In the month of February I have visited Sikkim. I was there for 7 days but it is not enough to complete Sikkim Tour.
I started my journey from Howrah, in this tour my first destination was New Jalpaiguri, first you have to reach New Jalpaiguri to start your journey. From new Jalpaiguri you can hire a car to reach next destination, Gangtok which is the capital of Sikkim. It will take around 5 to 6 hour from New Jalpaiguri to Gangtok. You have to stay here in hotel and the hotel will arrange your next day trip and your permit to visit some palce like Changu Lake, Baba Mandir, Nathula, Lachung, Lachen etc. The place is monitored by Indian Army and it is very close to India-China border. If you don't have permit you can not visit the palace.
