I would like to show you the biggest mosque in UAE – Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi. It is absolutely stunning and amazing place. The remarkable thing about this mosque that anyone can visit it - doesn’t matter you are muslim or not – you just need to follow and respect the rules.
So, enjoy the visit :)
If you are a lady you have to cover yourself but it is not obligatory to bring it with you – all necessary clothes would be provided in the mosque – just choose the right size ;) You will see me in a bit unusual outfit – it’s ok, all ladies looks like that, no one pays attention on you and I even like it!
The mosque is big enough to accommodate over 40 000 people at the same time! There is the main hall and 2 smaller for women only.
Carpet that you see is the biggest carpet in the world made by Iranian artist.
There are a lot of chandeliers in the mosque and one of which is the second largest in the world inside the mosque.
Walls and columns are clad with marble.
It is very peaceful inside this mosque.
Strongly recommend to visit this mosque when you are in Abu Dhabi – you won’t regret!
