A Savory, Spicy, Cheesy Burrito Waffle Dinner.

That's right I said burrito waffle. I was just experimenting with things you can toss into a waffle batter and came up with this.

I started by making a semi normal waffle batter. Luckily I had some leftover black beans so I mashed those and added them to the batter. I then chopped up a Jalapeno and a Serrano pepper and added those to the batter. I then added some vegan daiya cheese. Then a smear of Jalapeno guacamole topped with some gardien chicken tenders. To finished it off I added a splash of Mexi-Pep and Tapatio hot sauce.

I tell you this thing was like eating a burrito. I cooked it a bit too long and had to eat it like a tostada but it was fantastic!
