Out on a flight from Carbon, Alberta Canada to the town of Drumheller out in the badlands.
This place has some of the most epic terrain in Alberta and a fellow wingman flyer has a piece of land we can fly from that gives us a perfect path from this land to the Drumheller valley and this is one of the most gorgeous valleys I've ever flown, its wonderful!
There are a only a few homesteads, a town of about 5 houses and a gas plant, but otherwise, its pristine wilderness and green valley.
A few spots I'm up a bit higher to check out the lay of the land, things look good from up high and down in the valley below. So many options to fly.
My wingman down down there cruising the sites in the valley.
Great views and green landscapes.
And here we are, made it to the Drumheller valley and edge of town.
A lot of see here in the valley as the town sprawls along the river and so do all the terrain features on the north side, so I cruised and enjoyed a LOT of this terrain all around the area.
That big building is the Royal Terrel Museum famous in Drumheller for its dinosaur fossils in the whole area of these badlands.
