Ladybugs or koksi beetles are known as farmers' companions because some of their members prey on pest insects such as aphids. Nevertheless, there are some species of koksi that also eat the leaves to become plant pests, especially in vegetables.

These insects generally prey on aphids, mites, lice kebul / white and the like.

This little animal is a member of the Coleoptera order. They are easily recognizable because of its small round appearance like a turtle, and its back is colorful as well as on some speckled species. In Western countries, this animal is known as ladybird or ladybug. Why is it called a ladybug, probably because of its size and its hard shield, but this beetle is not at all from the ladybirds (Hemiptera).

Ladybugs can be "invited" and "reared" in our fields by planting certain crops around our cultivation plants, especially family members daisies / daisies (Compositae)
