Thanks, but I'm not sure I agree. I wouldn't at all suggest that the lockdowns were an assault on our long-term freedoms, but a necessary and proportionate response to the pandemic. It certainly isn't something I'd call mind-control.
Certainly, it wasn't great to be asked to curtail our activities, and that absolutely led to thought patterns which I am struggling to overcome, but that is 100% down to my own coping strategies and the habit that created rather than anything nefarious.
