“Fill The Void”

There’s a particular stillness in the air that makes me wonder about life
A feeling that doesn’t come often but will stay until it fades
Each day’s moments will feel as if nothing I’m empty
The voids in my past will keep in resurfacing until I forget about it

The lights are shattering on the floor as we go through this path
I’m hearing a faint deafening silence from everyone around me
They are moving with me and yet there’s an invisible boundary in between us
They are alive though the feeling they emit is cold

The every day journey could become as cold as the winter
The warmth of the sunshine is not enough to make me feel the beauty of it all
The brightness of the day can’t compensate the darkness of the night
Leaving me with a heavy feeling that don’t go away

I’m in the edge of a new change, a feeling that’s been hanging for quite some time
I yearn for stability but I also crave for a better tomorrow
We are not meant to be alone in this journey
We all will find a way to fill the emptiness and feel the beauty of life once more.
