"She Speaks about
Her passions and talents
Singing and guitars
To reach the stars
Then stops speaking
And apologies for speaking
Speaking at all
She stops because
Somewhere in her life
Someone broke her heart
Whom she loved
Someone broke her
By telling to shut up
By ignoring
Her passionate words
Now she is broken
When she speaks
She is afraid
Of her own words
The truth is
People are not born sad
We make them that way"

Hi, @mimaya,
Great poem!...
I have to agree with this: "People are not born sad, We make them that way".
I believe it's a duty of each of us to touch positively in people's lives
me too. You can say that again, ferreira. What a nice poem, mimaya!
Thank you so much for appreciation 😊
Look deeper
The whole aspect of being sad is not inherited neither is it genetical,
The environment we live in and the people who surround us greatly contribute to this.
So many times the closest to us seem to annoy us through broken relationships, quarrels and also doing things which are anti us.
Therefore saying we can control this is not perfect enough an act we can perform but limiting the depth of relating with people would be of help

You really got my point. Thanks 😊
Man could be happy,
But capitalism won't allow it.
Exactly
