Fires working

Stars that aren’t stars
are screaming in the shadows
and I hate them.

Colors bleeding like death
fall to the ground and disappear
but it’s not the end yet.
More are falling soon.

A woman wept in her driveway.
She was a poet.
Her tears rhymed as they fell
to the ground.
She danced alone,
sadly and lostly.

Looking at her from my back porch,
I realized a truth.
She had reminded me madly
that a coffin might make
a comfortable bed tonight.

But would it?
Maybe they wouldn’t give me socks.
I want socks when I coffinate.

Would it matter? Socks?
Why spend extra time warming feet?
They’ll be cold forever anyway.

Why build an illusion?
I don’t know why.

They don’t know why.
They just do it.
They fill the caskets.
Formaldehyde and socks.

Unless they forget.

I think deeply now.
My feet are cold and
I don’t have socks.
I need to say goodbye.

-Goodbye-

It’s true,
she made me want to die.

But instead
I try to not.

I try to not
goodbye.

I spent all Saturday walking around a graveyard full of some of the best death flexes I've ever seen... but I gotta say the simple "I want socks when I coffinate" seems pretty reasonable to me. Personally I don't much care what they do with this body when I "coffinate," maybe just torch it and sprinkle me back into the dirt somewhere. Much love lady.

Hey, my only reply. I’d give you a cookie. I made up that word. Coffinate. You like? It’s basically the opposite of caffeinate.

There’s something rather magical about cemetery meandering. You never know who you might find..

love back

I did find a few of those angels lurking about 😄 I feel like coffinate is what I do after I've chugged enough caffeine to get the work done lol.

For any off reason I find cemeteries peaceful, and when the names start to wither, beautifully melancholic

The Argentinians sure know how to build a good death flex. Easily my favorite big cemetery I've been to. It's all just mausoleums, like a few city blocks worth.

In this video I feature in reality different cemeteries

I do not think I have ever been to any so big, but i tend to find them melancholic yet peaceful places. But recently when i was filming my song the lingering light at an abandoned village I was unaware that behind the bushes there were graveyards and some uncannily open and one was filled like a pile with dark water and for the first time ever, even having discovered it by daylight i got kind of uncomfortable

Heh, if you ever get bored look up New Orleans cemetery flooding. It's a... whole experience when the city floods and you have to worry about great grandma floating home.

Not anymore
But I get you, feedback is quiet unless the post is voted to visibility, same to me

So intense and dark
Sometimes I can't sleep without socks
You wanna sleep peacefully when you coffinate
