I would be very interested in your thoughts of the numerous references to "protecting religious liberty", pointing out "One Nation Under God" (which is not the national motto, E Pluribus Unum is) and his basic trolling of those that take a knee during the anthem. Keep up the good work. From someone that has all but given up on voting, I dearly hope you succeed.
From a libertarian perspective, not a whole lot different from this SOTU to the last.
It's funny how Trump cited the Cajun Navy, an example of a non-governmental organization doing better than the state.
Not sure what topics you are specifically citing but I thought obama's last SOTU was incredible. The many dropped his mic and threw his speech in the air lol

I think the point was that the previous administration and the state of Louisiana where trying to harass, regulate, and squash the volunteer Cajun Navy, something that Trump was agreeing with you was NOT the place of government to do, and that spirit of jumping in and helping your neighbor without government involvement is something to be proud of as the American way, not something government should discourage, or God forbid, criminalize.
I don't mind if you have an argument on an issue with a political opponent. What I do mind is if you have a faux argument with him when he actually agrees with you on it.
All those members of the Black Democrat Caucus were plainly angry that Trump's policies are helping the black community overcome unemployment. Don't think their ridiculously dour faces over good news will go unnoticed by their constituents. They really shot themselves in both feet with that stunt.
Don't be like them.

Thank you for your response Mr. Kokesh. If I were eligible to vote in 2020, you would certainly have my vote.
You eluded to some reminders and warnings of the Founding Fathers, most of which, unfortunately, have not been heeded by true patriots serving the nation.
I also liked how you distinguished nation vs government, as most of the brainwashed populous mistake the latter for the former.
As history has showed us time and time again, most of the ills of the United States of America have occurred when banking interests have usurped and taken control over government. The warnings go all the way back to the first president, George Washington himself.
Let us be reminded once again and never forget:
The Donald did mention that our veterans needed to be treated with respect. And my immediate thought was on how they treated you in Texas. Maybe the Donald needs to have a talk with sheriff Akin in Texas. /s That was a good response with nothing but honesty.

Great response Adam. I especially liked what you said about the nuclear armament issue. For you, an American, and one who served in their military I think what you said took a lot of guts. Here's a thought for you. MAGA - Make Anarchy Great Again - become a Libertarian. Peace Brother.
I really hope Adam will get some media coverage ... sorry to be pessimistic/realistic here. I do not think he iwll make it the same way Ron Paul or even Bernie Sanders did not make it, if he will even reach that level. But it for sure will wake some people up if he will be in the MSM.
So he is the official candidate for the Libertarian party? Or will there even be the fight for that?

It is so refreshing to hear someone back their ideas with facts and well thought out arguments, unlike every "mainstream" politician. I truly believe that more and more Libertarians will emerge from the silent majority in the next few election cycles and force the Dems and Repubs to either represent normal Americans or they will need to move aside for @adamkokesh. The Kennedy response after Trump's SOTU was full of talking points and meaningless hyperbole....same with some of the SOTU.
Hey bro, really liked the video. Given the current political climate it's going to be hard for the libertarian party to carve out a place but there's still plenty of time until 2020. Just adding to the discussion and keeping classic libertarian issues at the forefront is an important job so keep it up.
I was also interested to hear more of the back story with your arrest. I have been wondering what the hell was going on there. Glad you got through it. Your wife really went to bat for you, keep her close and treat her well, she's awesome.
I can sense your frustration (fully justified) with how far down hill things have gone but please try to be patient and compassionate for the people who haven't been down the bunny hole yet. Think of it as if they have been hit with a chemical weapon that alters your perception. It's gonna take a while for the effects to wear off. Since the psyop capability has been turned inward my analogy isn't far off from the reality.
