The Attempted Communist Coup #18: Democrat Wished Scalise Was Dead

Globalism, Deep State, Marxism...to leftists, a man who shot and killed three people is just a “possible” separatist.

"A Nebraska Democratic Party official was ousted Thursday after audio recording surfaced of him making offensive remarks about U.S. Rep Steve Scalise. Phil Montag, former co-chair of the state party's technology committee, said he wished Scalise was dead." (Circa)

I stopped spending much time reading Ann Coulter's columns when she started her love afair with all things Trump. Her most recent column, however, absolutely gets it right where liberals and violence are concerned:

"We don't have to go back more than a century to note that every presidential assassin and attempted presidential assassin who had a political motive was a leftist, a socialist, a communist or a member of a hippie commune."

I'm not sure whether I should laugh, cry or just run out into the forest and scream.

Jack Cashill gets it. You and I get it. Even Missouri voters get it...but Missouri progressives remain clueless, recently demonstrating their utter contempt for the scientific method and genuine scholarship - even after Mizzou crashed and burned for supporting Marxist intolerance of tolerance. Go figger.

According to a recent Pew study, “Nearly three-quarters of Americans don’t trust that there is a large ‘scientific consensus’ amongst climate scientists on human behavior being the cause of climate change.” In Missouri, whose voters gave Trump nearly a 20-point majority, the number is probably even higher. No matter. The educators and the journalists know better. They’ll just jam their dogma down their students’ throats and wait for the parents to give up or die off.

• Coulter, Ann: Coulter: The Left Has One More Argument: Kill Them

Liberals know damn well that their audience includes a not-insignificant portion of foaming-at-the-mouth lunatics, prepared, at the slightest provocation, to smash windows, burn down neighborhoods, physically attack and even murder conservatives. But instead of toning down the rhetoric, the respectable left keeps throwing matches on the bone-dry tinder, and then indignantly asks, "Are you saying conservatives don't do it, too?"

No, actually. We don't.

  Lest anyone wonder about the actual definition of “hate speech,” look to campus and liberal activist groups. At Evergreen State College in Washington, a progressive professor’s statement against racial separation and division was deemed so hateful that he couldn’t safely conduct classes on campus. Influential pressure groups such as the Southern Poverty Law Center label the Ku Klux Klan and other genuine racists “hate groups” but also apply the same label to mainstream Christian conservative organizations such as the Family Research Council. The SPLC has branded respected American Enterprise Institute scholar Charles Murray a “white nationalist.” Moreover, it’s far more forgiving of leftist extremism than of moderate speech that is conservative or libertarian.

• Hasson, Peter: Gohmert: Anti-GOP Shooter Was Conditioned By Media’s ‘Hate-Filled Propaganda’

Gohmert said that the FBI’s refusal to label the attack as terrorism indicates that there are too many officials from the previous administration in the DOJ and charged that the left-wing shooter, James T. Hodgkinson, was conditioned by “hate-filled propaganda” from the media and some Democrats.

To call this concerning is an understatement. This comes less than a week after the attack in Alexandria that seriously injured Rep. Steve Scalise.

It also comes about two weeks after Huffington Post writer Jesse Benn wrote at Huffington Post that a violent response toward the Trump administration was "logical." This is the same Jesse Benn who has this pinned on her Twitter feed.
