Exceptional nonsense
"I know the capacity that is there to make tyranny total in America, and we must see to it that this agency (NSA) and all agencies that possess this technology operate within the law and under proper supervision, so that we never cross over that abyss... from which there is no return." — Senator Frank Church, 1974.
You know as well as I do that this scenario is not what America was intended to be nor will it remain a workable society, and it disintegrates before our eyes. It can no longer be counted upon to provide real jobs or economic stability, a sound currency or a sustainable future for our children. Nor will it provide for us as we get old, preserve our liberties or protect our remaining property from being taken by force, whether by street criminals or especially the State itself.
This is a stinking hypocrisy that benefits groups who don't even believe in the system that produced the booty they are unjustly receiving. Just like athletes being paid amounts that the average person cannot begin to comprehend, protesting the system that made it possible. Good luck with that, fools.
[Let's say a professional football player plays 15 games in a season, 30 minutes per game. Let's say he also practices for 20 hours per week, and add that. His yearly salary is $5 million. How much does he make on the field, in games and practice together? *Over $270 per 'minute played,' with full time spent in practice counted. Any questions?]
Of course it really gets hard to draw these lines when the ultra-statist government and its bitch, the FED (or is it the other way round?) has spent the country into bankruptcy, there are no decent jobs and more people start getting desperate.
Every day more and more serious young adults become aware of the current direction of domestic and world events being misidentified, mislabeled, misunderstood and mismanaged by the State and their yapping media poodles, and they are duly horrified or in denial, confused. No college prepared them for this. No professor told them the truth about the unsolvable debt crisis. It is their futures at stake more than anyone. What normal person facing his country in decline and no relief in sight from common sense, doesn't consider alternatives?
The Marxist/moocherista/'mind-tripping' globalist thinks that modern industry can be enslaved by decree and large percentages raked off the top of net profit to fund Social Justice. Then peace! All this achieved by street bullying, financial controls and invoking the false god of Climate Change, taken to justify total tyranny.
Dream on, snowclumps.
Our republic (democratic or otherwise), our liberties, our economic system, our currency, but most importantly, our national confidence in our society and its system and methods of justice, all are under immediate assault by internal as well as obvious external forces that few people understand; indeed many are becoming very afraid to understand.
"Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those who are." — Benjamin Franklin
To fail to do so and oppose this insanity is to succumb insensibly, without resistance, to the greatest internal enemy this country has ever faced. It is a profound moral failing at the top levels of power, a Constitution-wasting demon from within that renders America a terminally insular, slow-motion implosion instead of the leader of the "free" world, or exceptional in any sense whatsoever.
It used to be so, but "they" brought back over 1000 Nazi scientists from defeated Germany to continue their "rocket science," formed the CIA, started the war in Vietnam to try out the new weapons, and murdered the President who wanted to pull out of SE Asia and disband the treasonous CIA. Nothing has gone right since, and you have to wonder what it will take to see to it that condition is not permanent, or terminal.
"The insouciant American electorate is so inattentive that it routinely elects enemies of civil liberty to represent the public in Congress. Last Wednesday Rep. Adam Schiff (D, CA), Rep. Trey Gowdy (R, SC), Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D, CA), Sen. Mark Warner (D, VA), Rep. Jackie Speier (D, CA), Sen. Tom Cotton (R, AR) and Rep. Joaquin Castro (D, TX) tried to intimidate executives from Facebook, Twitter, and Google into blocking all digital dissent to the anti-Trump/Russian line taken by the DNC and military/security complex and to serve as spy agencies for the CIA.
Two of the above—Gowdy and Cotton—are Republicans who have aligned themselves with the attack on Russia and Republican President Trump. What unites the members of the two parties is that they want a police state." — Paul Craig Roberts, 11-3-2017. PaulCraigRoberts.org
BTW, I can't begin to describe how proud I am to have never become a FaceBook maven, much less a bloody Twit. But a Steemian? Finally, freedom of speech!
