I’m Vietnamese. Corona outbreak is indeed scary and we all are facing the same problem. But what you see here “calm and normal manner” is resulted from our belief in Vietnamese gov. We are not buying stuff insanely (some still are, but just minor), because the gov undertakes that we will be provided all the necessary. And we will be free-charge if we have to be quarantined. Vietnamese gov is doing a very great job, and despite the fact that corona is dangerous, we belive that our goverment can manage to overcome. All what we need is to do what the gov ask us to do now, follow strictly the guidance, for our all good. People around the world is freaking out, maybe because that they dont have enough trust in the their gov, and maybe because their gov was wrong to not take it seriously in the first place.
