Learning never ends dear, we all learn something new everyday. Make sure your content adds value to yourself and the community, it should be of your interest and you enjoy writing it. Because it not always about rewards and money, we cannot not get same amount of rewards on each post and everytime. I came across so many new people on the community in the beginning, who used to comment more than 50 times daily but now I hardly see some of them.
