Getting Back into the Groove

Sometimes it's tough starting a new habbit, or getting back into a routine when things get shaken up. For me, I stayed on track for my workout program for 6 weeks until I got a concussion. Then, having stressed my self out when coming back into it; I stopped again.

A similar situation happened here on Steem. I'd start off strong, then slowly taper out. There's no entry points. So, let's find a small step

Today, I biked to the gym, did 7 minutes of pull ups (25 total), 7 minutes of planks (rest time included in both), and biked home. This took about 30 minutes. No scary barbells, squats, deadlifts, bench presses, etc. A simple something to get moving.

Similarly, this post is something simple, it doesn't overwhelm me, and I work out that Steem posting muscle.

Conclusion

When feeling unmotivated, if you have a lack of time, or another justified excuse, find the easiest step and take it easily, and compassionately

Thank you for reading! I'm happy to make this simple post, feel free to correct grammar/spelling. Love prevails over all :D <3
