I believe that there will be eventualities where a person who seeks to have the limelight at all times does not fit well with his social circle of interaction, in interpersonal relationships ends up being very unpleasant to meet with a person who always seeks to have the limelight in everything, even when their capabilities are not good to occupy that prominence so longed for.

If we analyze it to this point it is not so bad if a person wants to take the initiative of the protagonism all the time, the bad thing is when that person wants to go over others without caring about anything, and it is even worse if their capabilities are not at full capacity to really take the limelight.

Another unpleasant symptom is when this desire for prominence is intertwined with another behavioral pathology such as narcissism, since regularly a person who wants prominence all the time, is because that person is looking to be talked about to achieve a fame that in reality does not exist.

Certainly there are cases in our lives in which the demands make us postulate ourselves to follow protagonist, since it is possible to demand qualities that are consonant with the existing offer of people who want to take the limelight.
