My Suggestion: Running PTC site is all about how much funds you invest. If you have a low budget then definitely go with the first one BitScript but if you have a good budget then go with Evolution Script. You must compare all of them and choose according to your budget.

PTCPay is updated on time but they are active only on FB, also they have only 2 posts in the last 1 year. Every site “portfolio” is empty or not active.

Xeoncoder is not updated for the last 2-3 years.
PTCShop not much info on when last updated.
