Hi @qurator it would be great if you could try all the dishes, I have a question regarding the cajun spices, should they all be used or can I use oregano and onion? in the commercial establishments I have searched there is no cajun spice package as such. I appreciate your guidance on this matter.

Hi, sadly only entries with cajun space will count. Making your own cajun spice will be quite tricky. Might have to sit this one out if you can't get any cajun spice. Do try the next one though!
