My Steem Witness Insights After 3 Months

Regarding the lately event from Windsor Castle with the royal wedding between the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex Harry and Meghan I was thinking it's a good idea to post some night shots with the beautiful and old castle o Windsor, a Royal home for over 900 years.
Windsor Castle is the largest occupied castle in the world and the Queen use it as a private home special during the weekends

Developing A Hunter Midset

How many of us are getting into the groove of work: same commute (same seat on the packed train or rat-run through the back-streets?) to the same cubicle - email open, ready for the onslaught?!
Yet in this "groove", don't we lose the magic in life and in work? The creative force doesn't spark around such rigid and formulaic scheduled environments. Fresh ideas clam-up. We carry on perpetuating the same old stuff. Hoping for a different (improved) result

We formed another mutual project support alliance with @talentclub. They are a Spanish speaking group with some seriously awesome members! We will be working with them in a mutual upvote trade as well as offering a limited 3 steem registration fee if you are part of the @talentclub group. We will be sending out some comments with the Tier 0 upvote. We don't think many of the members are aware that it is really easy to move up to a higher tier by showing Qurator some support. Let's hope some of the older members can move up in tiers and we can make the whole community a bit stronger. =)

Tier Updates Finalized

Tier updates are out and finalized. You can check out the post HERE.

The short version is that Tier 1 and Tier 2 requirements have changed a bit. Please review them.

• A separate account has been created and 30 000 SP has been delegated to it. @qurator-tier-1-2 will be upvoting Tier 1 and Tier 2 members.

• A large amount of SP was undelegated from @qurator to accommodate for the new account, BUT the upvote weights have been adjust so they should balance out. Just have to see how the Voting Power holds up with the big change.

Steemauto Curation Trail

RIP Streemian and hello Steemauto! The new curation trail is active and running! If you would like to support your fellow Qurites or just earn some extra curation feel free to join our curation trail that is active on Steemauto.

We suggest not following the trail with 100%, steemauto has 2 ways of following a trail, static or scaled. We suggest using SCALED instead of static since static votes can add up quickly and drain VP very fast. We suggest using scaled and then maybe around 25%.

Steemauto can show us who is currently on the trail and at what percentage. Looking forward to see more Qurites joining the trail in the near future! We also reward the team players and there might be a nice surprize for a lucky trailer. =P
