If anyone can explain to me why my Saturday post did not show in hive-152200, when I created the post through the community, I would appreciate it. I was in the beta site, in R2cornell (hive-152200) and it decided to place it in neoxian city community. I did everything like I did last week yet it went to the wrong hive community.
I am sure many will find the post, but the idea was to publish so it showed in my community and I could pin it at the top.
This has my head spinning.
I am going to place a few of my photographs next, but without the usual narrative. I mainly do not want anyone to decide I am spamming for votes, which is not the case. I just wanted to do a test, but once auto-votes kick in I cannot delete it.
I apologize because my intent was to run a test. I guess it is not possible to do a test and because I usually publish once a week I have to wait until next week and try again. Last week it automatically placed the tag for me. When I do the curation report I will attempt to use the r2cornell tag as the first one to help ensure it shows in the community

Yes I planned to delete it but after receiving some votes decided to add more to it so no one would accuse it as spam. I am now using steempeak.com to publish and it is easier to make sure publication ends up in the correct community. Using steempeak.com I was able to publish our Curation report on Sunday.
I am sure I was doing something wrong when I did my post on Saturday, but now I have a way to ensure I get it published correctly.

Did you change the community to Neoxian city at the top of your post or did you add the neoxian city hive tag in the tags section?
If you did the first, then yes it will go to neoxian hive instead of the r2cornell hive.
But if you hadn’t changed anything at the top and you clicked create post from the r2cornell community page, and added neoxia hive as a first tag in the tags section then this shouldn’t have happened. The post should have gone to r2cornell community.
I am not sure about changing anything but will watch when I publish my curation report tomorrow. I had started it but copied everything into a word document and saved it. Now I will clear out everything I started and will begin anew.
I thought I was in the R2cornell hive community and do not remember changing anything.

Hi @r2cornell, I guess you want to publish on your hive (tag= hive-152200). You mentioned a hive-15200, which doesn't exist.
To avoid sbi upvotes on your further tests, you can write in the main post the following: #sbi-skip.
If you decide to delete this post, you can do it but burning the rewards to the @null account. My recommendation. Most people will remove their upvotes on this post if you delete the content, so don't worry about it.
Regarding your question, if you created the post using the beta hive-community it should appears in the hive. If you published from neoxian city, I think you should use as first tag = hive-152200.

Thanks for the input and great information. The hive number was a typo in the blog post.
I sure thought I was in r2cornell's hive community for this post and for my regular Saturday post.
I tested tomorrow's post I am working on and put hive-152200 as first and only tag and it told me it was already in place by default. So that post should show up in my community. I may have to do that initially to be sure I am in the correct place for all my posts.
I may leave this post in place because of the information and input I am getting. That was why I added the photographs.
