Philadelphia has over 670,000 housing units and at least 4% of them is 1 month late on their mortgage. We need to drastically change the way our #economy works so it is not so fragile. Its time to either START a #housing cooperative or JOIN a housing #cooperative IF you don't already own the #land you live on.
My plan is bigger than the average housing cooperative. It will encompass any and all types of #cooperatives in one. Land provides resources such as #solarenergy , #water, wind and "room for activities." Which can, and in my mind does mean money, but more importantly it encourages #decentralization of of our community, our country and our planet.
We plan to have an ON-SITE: #media production studio, #concert stage, solar array, #agriculture, general #construction company, all of which can provide income. The sky is the limit.
Our LLC will dedicate itself to increasing the wealth of anyone who joins by providing a permanent place to live, which essentially serves as #homeless insurance for lower class citizens, but so much more than that it will start you on your journey to #investing in yourself, your #community and your pocket ALL AT ONCE.
Skeptical of a private cooperative community? Ask yourself.. how far do you sleep from your neighbor now and did you have a choice?
