Mix well, add flour, salt, vinegar, 60 grams butter and water in a bowl and knead it, then freeze it for 20 minutes.
Put 280 grams of butter on plastic wrap and take it from the cylinder and fridge it for 20 minutes.
- Now take the dough and take it thicker. Then place butter in between and twist both together. Re-free it for 20 minutes. Repeat this process 3 times.
Add a cream powder and water into a bowl and make a thick paste.
Take a sheet and make its angles. Now cover this angle with aluminum foil.
Cut the prepared flour in equal proportion. - Then wrap the dough into the prepared aluminum cone. Put them on a baking tray and place a butter with the help of a brush.
- Bake it in the oven for 20 minutes. Then remove the angle when it cools down.
Fill frosting ready in cream roll and garnish with cherry.
