This is one of my Go-To breakfast bowls.
You can mealprep four or five of them one day and store them in the fridge for a quick breakfast!
We have a lot of juicy Papaya here in Hawaii, and once you scoop out the seeds (which you can save and make into papaya seed dressing!) you have a perfect bowl ready to fill with your favorite breakfast goodies!
Here is a simple recipe that I use often. You can obviously switch things out if you don`t care for it, add in whatever fruit you have at home or readily avail. This is just a simple recipe to get you started :)
Ingredients:
⭐️Hawaiian Papaya
⭐️Lemon Essential Oil
⭐️Organic Plain Yogurt
⭐️Pineapple
⭐️Apple Banana
⭐️Sliced Almonds or Chia Seeds or Granola Topping
Cut papaya open. Scoop out seeds. Add 1-2 drops of doterra Lemon Oil
[You can buy Certified Pure Therapeutical Grade Lemon oil here] (http://bit.ly/2t1nQk4)Add plain yogurt. Add fruit on top: diced pineapple and sliced banana.
Sprinkle sliced almonds or granola on top
Store in airtight container in the fridge. Good for 4-5 days max. When they are getting wrinkly looking, scoop the entire papaya into the blender, add some ice and protein shake mix (I use Trim Shake that you can buy here http://bit.ly/2HO9GNd ) and start the morning with a healthy smoothie.
