It feels good to come back

in #recipe5 years ago
After several days in which there were changes both in steemit and in my life, here I am again, it is not easy when something is part of you leaving it overnight, steemit is part of my day to day, I have friends which I will always be grateful for, for that reason again I will be sharing easy-to-prepare recipes, giving our lives a little sweet so that everything flows in a better way, positivism above all is what we must always keep in mind.

A very easy recipe delicious and not to lose the ripe bananas that many times we have left over, are these ripe banana balls, it seems excellent after several days to return with this wonderful recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 250g fresh cheese
  • Flour
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Oil

preparation:

First, we boil the bananas in water until they are very soft, then we crush them with a fork and add the egg, the flour, and the salt. Knead and form a ball leaving a hole in the middle, fill the hole with the resulting mixture of cinnamon and cheese. Finally, we pass the balls into flour, and fry them in a pan with oil.

Welcome back @jennimorillo great to be in communication once again. I'm somehow inactive now as well due to educational tasks and commitments. It's a great feeling getting the chance to interact here once again. Do stay well and take care of yourself!

Ah, my dear friend! I am so glad to see you are back! I hope all is well for you?

We've both been absent, and I for one am glad to be back more regularly because I miss interacting with my Steemit friends the most.

Your recipe is most intriguing, I have never made anything like it. I wish you made a video of you preparing the banana balls because I can't wrap my mind around the boiling of the bananas in the water part. Plus, cooking videos are just cool! Anyway, I'll quit rambling now, thank you so much for sharing such a great recipe:)

Dear friend, it is always a pleasure to greet you and read your comments. I need a phone or camera to be able to make a video and at the moment I don't have one, in my country they are very expensive.

You just have to take the shell off the bananas and put them to boil in water so that they soften and form the dough.
