The sun heralded a radiant day as we began our journey towards "La Altura", a beach that is located about 90 km from my city and that we had never visited before. The atmosphere emitted palpable excitement in the air and the promise that it would be an unforgettable day. The tide sang its hypnotic melody as we reached the beach, with its blue, salty waters, hot sand stretching to the horizon and that characteristic smell of the sea.

This week I found that the best experiences come out of the blue and where you definitely enjoy a lot. I was almost leaving the hospital where I am a 4th year intern; And a couple of colleagues invited me to visit a place to try their drinks, in the company of the mother of one of the aforementioned companions she offered to invite us rounds of beer, and we went to visit this place. Today I am going to show you one of my favorite places since I was little. I am sure that it is a great part of the people of Cuba that like me loves pizza and that since very early age jjj (luckily I am still skinny for many that I eat 😆).

Children are a wonderful gift to man and are bundles of joy, they are also blessings to us to help carry on the race of mankind. I, personally, think that much care should be put into the upbringing of a child. A great upbringing results in a spectacular, responsible adult with good contribution to the society, while a bad upbringing tends to affect children negatively even after they become adults.

Most of the ladies feel so special every time they receive flowers. They'd rather receive flowers than any other material things or food. I don't know what's in it. As an Igorot, I don't give because it's our custom here in Cordillera. As for me, I give more food and service rather than flowers. When I was still courting my wife now, I didn't give any flowers but I gave lots of food. I usually take her out to eat in different fast food chains and restaurants. It was okay for her however deep inside, she wanted to receive flowers but later did I know. I never gave her flowers when I was courting her and when we were boyfriend and girlfriend.

I spent the whole afternoon working and felt much better and in good company; then I was able to spend some time with my nephews and nieces. I don't have children yet but I have 3 beautiful nephews whom I adore. This afternoon so my sister could do other things, I took care of my nephews for a while in which they drove me crazy hahaha 😂 but they are so cute that it is inevitable not to be happy with them.

Hi guys! Normally my days are pretty routine, I don't leave the house except to work at the Academy and I was constantly repeating to myself ''What can I write my Blogs about?'' and there I discovered this community and decided to share with you my routine today at home.

The first thing I did was to put the pot, I filled with water more than half of the container and put it on the stove on high heat so that the water reached the boiling point, at that moment I poured the meat to start the cooking process, I cut into small pieces the onion, chili and paprika, chives, coriander and garlic, tomato, all separately.

March is the Women's Month, We would like you to reflect beyond the stereotype's on what you like, being a Woman — From the depths of your being, focus on those characteristics or personal reasons or Attributes.

When it comes to Women, I am a great fan. Men around me refer to me as a feminist. Why? That’s because from the East to the West, I will always defend my gender.
If a man hit a lady or talks to her anyhow around me. Whether it concerns me or not, I will interfere. You will think it’s my issue if you didn’t witness the whole of the issue.

As we all know we are in the days of technology where every activity is done with technology. some groups of people cannot do a second without pressing their phones, they are glued to their phones from the moment they are awake to sleeping time. They forget about food until you force them out of that way. For example, my son likes phones more than anything, give him a phone or any ICT gadgets from morning till night, and this boy won't look for you nor will he ask for food. So, I had to quickly step in and control his use of his phone before it turned to addiction.
