ColdBeetRootSoup on Hivefest
To give Hivefest some some extra color, CBRS is bringing some ColdBeetRootSoup for you to try. During the warmer months, Lithuanians enjoy this delicious, cooling soup. The most crucial ingredient, kefir, is regarded by nutritionists as one of the healthiest products in the world. The soup gets its shockingly vivid pink color from the natural beetroot juice and an gives it an exceptionally fresh flavor.
- On the 16th we will be presenting the CBRS Media platform.
- On the 17th we will be serving Coldbeetrootsoup at the Zuiderkerk in Amsterdam

Indeed, it is something like yogurt or Airan, without salt or cucumber. It tastes great and as you can see it is very easy to make! You should try it!
