What Are EDSI Tokens?

Eddie Earner Income (EDSI) tokens are income-generating tokens on the HIVE blockchain that pay weekly dividends every Monday. These dividends come from 12% of the total HIVE POWER balance held by the @eddie-earner account, providing token holders with an impressive annual percentage yield (APY) of over 22%.

Token Supply and Mining

EDSI has a hard cap of 500,000 tokens, with an initial public sale of 20,000 tokens priced at 1 HIVE each. New EDSI tokens can be minted in two ways:

1. Staking EDS Miners (EDSM) or EDS Mini Miners (EDSMM).
2. Delegating HIVE POWER to @eds-vote.

• EDSM miners yield approximately 20% annually.
• EDS-vote provides returns of about 4-5% per year.

This Weeks EDSI Report

This week's EDSI mintage was bang on 500 this has become our new normal for now. Total circulating supply is up to 82,600.36 and we're getting closer to 100k which should come along in roughly 36 weeks based on us minting 500 a week.

It was a decent week with 569 HIVE being powered up to the account. The total balance of the @eddie-earner sits at 139,983. When I look at the above charts, I see we stopped selling EDS miners at around week 55 so that's 40k HP growth without directly selling any further tokens. At 500 HP being added per week, we should power up closer to 25k this year.

The HIVE income pool this week is 321.93 HIVE. Soon, the EDSI income pool will soon be one of HIVE's biggest dividend pools. I dont know many projects that even now pay out over 300 (liquid) HIVE per week.

Same as it's been the past few weeks and it'll continue to be the same for the next few weeks. The EDSI APY declined by -0.04% this week down to 20.34%. I understand the above chart does not look great but in a few years, we'll flip and the APY will only increase. I've been saying it for years but with a long-term project this like that is self-sustaining, it takes time, it takes years.
