What Are EDSI Tokens?

Eddie Earner Income (EDSI) tokens are income-generating tokens on the HIVE blockchain that pay weekly dividends every Monday. These dividends come from 12% of the total HIVE POWER balance held by the @eddie-earner account, providing token holders with an impressive annual percentage yield (APY) of over 22%.

Token Supply and Mining

EDSI has a hard cap of 500,000 tokens, with an initial public sale of 20,000 tokens priced at 1 HIVE each. New EDSI tokens can be minted in two ways:

1. Staking EDS Miners (EDSM) or EDS Mini Miners (EDSMM).
2. Delegating HIVE POWER to @eds-vote.

• EDSM miners yield approximately 20% annually.
• EDS-vote provides returns of about 4-5% per year.

This Weeks EDSI Report

There were 485 EDSI minted this week bringing the total circulating up to 83,085. At these current mintage rates and still, 415,000 to mint, we should not expect an EDSI hardcap before 16 years.

591.66 HIVE powered up this week which is amazing because its more than the amount of EDSI minted. If we can keep this up for the next 16 years, we'll end with a balance of over 600,000 HP. Ive not factored in compounding are anything, these are just ballpark figures to few in a few lines of content. lol

This week's EDSI HIVE income pool is 323.18 HIVE. Sticking with the theme of guessing 16 years into the future, this one is easy to work out because the income pool is equal to 12% of the HP balance. If we think we'll have 600k HP in 16 years, we can guess a weekly income pool of 1380 HIVE per week.

It's been wonderfully consistent over the past few weeks with the EDSI APY dropping by a mere -0.04% per week. This weeks APY is 20.30%.

Weekly Roundup

Pretty standard week with not much change to anything. We have seen the markets crash again but this has no impact on EDSI at all cause we're 100% HIVE so as long as 1 HIVE is worth 1 HIVE, EDSI will be worth 1 HIVE also no matter the dollar value.
