SBT Update

Hello SBT Community,

It has been a big week for the SBT community, as the token has generated mor revenue within in the past few days via buy and sell orders, the highest it has seen since creation. This is a huge milestone for SBT, and a clear indication of the growth and potential of the token.

Tiers:

For those who may not already know:

The SBT community is built around a tier system, where staking a certain amount of tokens unlocks different reward tiers. Here is a breakdown of the current tiers:

• Common Tier: 1,000 SBT staked

• Rare Tier: 10,000 SBT staked

• Epic Tier: 100,000 SBT staked

• Legendary Tier: 1,000,000 SBT staked

I'm (@itzninjafool) always working to make SBT better with help from the community. There may be some upcoming major changes around these tiers. So, stay tuned for the decision results!
However, if you do not have SBT staked, you may want to get some and stake it.

This is a fair warning. SBT will not be holding giveaways for non-SBT stakeholders any longer. This was fun while it lasted. Congrats to all the non-sbt holders who have won over the months. But, with the upcoming changes to Splinterland's rewards, I think now would be a great time to focus on those who have invested or kept holding and stop allowing those who have no interest in SBT to extract from the project.

Here are a few ideas of the coming changes and what they will include:

1. Raise the cost per tiers common - epic.

2. Get rid of the sbt-raffle-everyone and make it only for SBT stakeholders only. Granting each tier a secondary giveaway based on a wheel system with reward cards that will be shared via link to wheel.

3. Epic tier would no longer have access to every giveaway, as it currently is and would instead work as the previous tiers. It would then become a legendary tier exclusive feature.

Something has to happen for the upcoming changes to a different SPL rewards system.

I will appreciate feedback from all but will grant more authority towards suggestions/feedback from stakeholders based on the tier they belong to.

I understand that the lack of curation has been an issue for our community, and we apologize for that.
