Good day/evening everyone within the SBT Community,
Today, we are going to talk about a few things that took place around SBT over the past weeks/months. As well as some major upcoming changes for use case within the SBT server.
First, I would like to announce the current burns that have taken place...
I had 1000 BEE about a week ago. I was asking inside Discord what I should unlock next. Staking and delegations had already been unlocked.
Meanwhile, I had reached out to @jim-crypto crypto (THGaming discord) and @zottone (PGM) to ask for their input on what to do next. Since, it had been a few days of reaching the goal of 1000 BEE. The original thought was to create an LP.
Zottone had mentioned burning SBT or some kind of burning method to help reduce the supply of SBT. Suggested I burn everything that I buyback. I like this idea and am in (mostly) open discussion within the Discord chats based around this idea. If you want to stay completely up to date with SBT as a project, please consider joining the SBT Official Discord Community.
As you can see in the imagery above, the latest burn happened 11 days ago. Both @sbtofficial and @itzninjafool (owned accounts) have burned another 15 Million #SBT. Others, @iamphenominal, @hucksbucks, and @kennysgaminglife all burned share SBT since creation or #SBT. Making the current burn total 30,318,280.8246 SBT burned.
Next, I would like to discuss the recent unlock SBT has introduced to SBT. Which means, active reward pool!
We have unlocked a rewards pool for using SBT tags!
If you would like to earn from the curation trail for SBT rewards be sure to use the tags sbt, sbtbattle, and sbtbattletoken.
I am hoping this unlock will be great news to those of you who have taken interest in SBT. Without the support of those who have provided their input and thought about the direction of #SBT, we could not be here without you. It has been appreciated every step of the way and I look forward to keep SBT on the road to greatness. It has been an honor chatting and getting to know all of you. Let us continue the growth into 2023 with an open-minded discussion within the server, as there will be some major changes.
Changes will happen inside of the Discord for Giveaways
This should be an interesting topic. Mostly because it will provide a improved use case within the Discord to make things more beneficial to those who stake SBT.
Here is the plan laid out...
New roles will be listed inside of the Discord server and new channels will be created specific to stakeholder amounts. There will be a new channel, in which everyone will see, where you can ask to be verified to be granted your role. In order to be verified for each specific role, you will need to have SBT staked.
Each different role will serve as a tiered system. This means, that each tier will offer different rewards that you have a chance to win daily. Instead of the current predetermined system where it is one card.
The main idea is... Instead of a randomly chosen card, you will have a shot using the reward wheel according to whichever role you have been assigned. Each will have a list that will be based on the Splinterland's card rarity. Allowing the stakeholders with higher staked amounts the ability to get higher value rewards. Of course, the more you stake the better your odds of winning something.
I have mentioned the tier system in past posts. This is most ideal plan and I hope that you all will like what we have in mind. Listed below is each role and what each role will offer.
New Roles
Common Stakeholder
The common stakeholder role will grant you access to all the common cards (common - regular foil Splinterlands NFTs) within the SBT inventory. Common stakeholders must stake 1000-10,000 SBT to gain access to this role.
Rare Stakeholder
Rare stake holders will need to stake 10,000 - 100,000 SBT in order to qualify for this role. This role will grant access to the rare tier role for giveaways. Rare tier giveaways will grant access to rare role and allow you to win rare cards (rare regular foil Splinterlands NFTs) in all of the SBT inventory. Minus the gold foils.
Epic Stakeholder
To gain this epic role SBT holders must have 100,000 SBT staked in their account. This will gain access to epic, rare, and common Splinterlands NFT cards. As well as gold foil common cards and gold foil rare cards. This role will also give you access to each tier below. Increasing your chances of winning a daily draw for the wheel of names (inventory).
Legendary Stakeholder
The legendary stakeholder tier will require 1 million staked SBT. This will give you all access. Every previous tier, every card, in the SBToffical inventory. You will also gain the ability to win any gold foil legendary (if/when we have them) and lower via wheel as prizes. Inventory may change over time with increased chances of winning the rarest cards possible through SBT giveaways. Not to mention you will have multiple chances of winning per day of up to 5x!
If You Have SBT But SBT Is Unstaked
Then we suggest that you stake. Otherwise, the only types of cards that you will have access to win are, common reward Splinterland's NFTs. There may be an occasional rare reward card. But, remember, these are all predetermined by yours truly.

Earning SBT?
Tipping Command Ready?
A tipping command has still been being discussed. We are a bit away from a tipping command that functions properly and we can afford users to use with the required HP. What we need is a script, which we are well on our way creating. We will also need enough HP to handle a good amount of transactions per day. As for that... We will be continue working on acquiring more HP and less focused on BEE. Although, we may need a hefty chunk of BEE in the future. For now, hang tight and know that is part of the plan.
Auctions?
Auctions will continue on Layer 2 Labs regularly. The inventory there will be separate from the @sbtoffical account on Splinterlands. Cards will vary and happen weekly but the amount of cards listed per auction will likely go down. This will mostly act as an overflow of card/tier ratio. Congratulations to all of you who have been utilizing the system as it currently is.

Really like the Stake part that will unlock giveaway, but with 5x more cards being giving out how do you plan to re-stock of cards? Because people would need to but sbt one time, but from the sbt side you'll need everyday 5 more cards, right?
I would like to confirm if it is needed to use all three tags or just one will be ok? 🤔

That is going to be fairly easily done. It is what I do for a living pretty much. Current supply inside of the inventory will continue to grow on a daily basis based on earnings from in game (personal account @itzninjafool) as it has been. As well as, putting money into the game specific for rewards for SBT stakeholders every so often when needed. We are at the beginning of this new system. But, I am certain it will work out. My goal is to buy different rarities daily. If worse comes to worse, I sell a few things for DEC to provide new assets while maintaining the ability to grow my own decks (which are leveled up to a comfortable level mostly). It is a complicated process that I have gotten comfortable with in SPL. It will come down to a percent around 30% of all earnings will go back into providing rewards/auction pool. 30% into growth of the sbtofficial account and 40% of my personal earnings will go back into items to hold/sell in order to profit or save for future rewards. Also, there will be donations. And at the very minimum, there will be mulitples of many items on the wheel already. Which, anyone could get those items. Considering the higher the role, the more rewards that are added to the wheel. Lower the role = higher chance of getting those rewards. It should be interesting nonetheless. I think that this may be a system worthwhile for the time being. Never know what the future might bring! 😉

Thanks @cpol! I have been working pretty hard on creating it the best ways possible for about a year now. Coming close to one year in late November. Thanks! It was up in the air for a while now. The tier idea. I didn't even think of having people stake and verify manually. That was something that was recently discussed between me and two other SBT core members. I am glad to have figured a way to do it. I want SBT as rewarding as possible for stakeholders. Also, want to keep it fair for auctions. Which is why a lot of manual work is necessary. Thanks for being a SBT community member.
