How do children leave to school in the morning?
With an open heart or a closed heart?
With a happy heart or an scared heart ?

We adults often assume that the school is the best time of your life.
But is that so for each child?
However, many children have difficulty in school.
They sometimes leave a home:
- where there is already a lot of stress on site
- where there was no time to take a healthy breakfast
- where there was no time to be as kind to each other .....

They arrive at school with a backpack of emotions from home and often end up in a large classroom.
Teachers face the difficult task to make sure that all children in the class must first be given the opportunity to express their emotions.
However, often there is no time left!
Furthermore, most teachers have not even really learned the mindful of emotions rollercoast to himself, let alone others!
Even the creativity lessons and dreams of children are often pushed away by the 'intellectual' subjects.
*What would it be like at school when "closed" kids flourish by giving them the opportunity to learn to deal with emotions ? *
They learn to express themselves better and more creatively about what lives in them and become more resilient.
There is more work to do in the overall development of the child in place of only 'intellectual things'!!!!
How it would be fine, all the children were able to bike to school with ### open heart? ###
