When reading scientific papers I often feel choking under obtuse terminology and complicated formulations. However, scientific findings should be communicated with as clear language as possible. After all the value of science is first and foremost in its applicability to changing the society. Hence discoveries should be communicated in such a way that most average lay people understand their implications.

Thanks for sharing this! There should be better ways to share results than stuffy papers locked up in for-profit vaults that the vast majority of the public has no access to.
