Words with a higher vibration

Your words have more power than you know. Words hold a vibration all their own and many hold a higher vibration. Spoken words present a sound and that sound creates a vibration. Reading this creates an internal sound as you read without speaking them aloud.

The Greater Self website references a book, Power Vs. Force with a list of words that resonate a high vibration. Here are a few of the words to get you started: Trust, release, willingness, read them aloud and feel your vibration become more peaceful.

Thoughts with feelings create a vibration that is carried out.

Music is healing

Music creates a vibration we all know and share the world over.

Music helps us with coping and healing a whole field of music therapists has been created around that idea. More importantly, music has been shown to help with our DNA using 432 Hz. Get a positive boost by listening to some.

According to Meditating Mind website “playing and listening to music that has been tuned to 432 Hz would fill you with sense of peace and well being as 432 Hz is the harmonic intonation of nature.”

The National Library of Medicine CONCLUSIONS:
"Music induces an arousal effect, predominantly related to the tempo. Slow or meditative music can induce a relaxing effect; relaxation is particularly evident during a pause. Music, especially in trained subjects, may first concentrate attention during faster rhythms, then induce relaxation during pauses or slower rhythms."

“Cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and respiratory changes are induced by different types of music in musicians and non-musicians: also the importance of silence.”

You learn something new every day. Did not know about specific HZ frequency. Interesting. Going to try this. I meditate a lot for about a year now and I love it. But when I listen to soft relaxing music the feeling is much better. This kind of explains why is it so.

Thank you for the info Rebecca. Great post. Have an amazing day. :)

You are more than welcome. :)

I will try it next time I meditate. :)

Extremely interesting, Nikola Tesla said vibrations are everywhere, and everything vibrates at its own frequency.

Good read, thanks!!

thanks artem .. that means a lot to me.

There is so much in this world that the mainstream has no idea about. Happy to have posts like this to help everyone grow, Keep up the good work!!

I've heard of 432Hz, some guitarists tune their guitars down for that reason. Given that we are not solid and all life is made up of quarks, it makes sense that certain vibrations will resonate with us. Thanks for the good vibes:)

all in harmony
