Rainy days are among my favorite. I live in the beautiful Caribbean island of Roatan, bay islands of Honduras.
Most days, it is sunny and hot. Which is great. When heavy weather does come to town, like the cold front we are experiencing, we get very mellow days. Makes me just to stay home and play board games or watch movies.

I enjoyed this contest mainly because I love the ocean. I also really like it when it's raining like this because everyone slows down just a bit. Rainy weather is my favorite weather. The day was already gray, and a black and white photo just accentuates that. So, overall, I am proud of this shot.

Still flip flops and shorts. Maybe a light rain jacket. Still very agreeable temperature.
