Ubi cáritas et amor, Deus ibi est (Gregorian Chant) | Holy Thursday

The "Ubi Caritas" chant, often sung during Holy Thursday, is a message of love and charity. The text, which translates to "Where charity and love are, God is there," reflects the core Christian belief in love as the foundational presence of God among His people. Holy Thursday commemorates the Last Supper, where Jesus washed the feet of his disciples in an act of humility and service, commanding them to love one another as He loved them. Many thanks to Ben, Zach and Michael for recording this prior to Holy Thursday during our rehearsal.
