Shout Out Saturdays with @crazybgadventure

I promised @crazybgadventure that I'll join him every Saturday, in the quest to make #shoutoutsaturday trend and I try as much as I can to keep my promise...
LoL!! It's probably like what Gods word says at Habakkuk 2:3 that "even if it should delay, keep in expectation of it! For it will without fail come true. It won't be late!"
So am sorry I delayed in doing this, was caught up at work the whole day but I guess am not late... (Winkz)

what's shout-out Saturday

It's about writing a post every Saturday, to give a shout out and salute to all the members we have engaged with over the past week and talk a little bit about them.

why are we doing this

Cus we want to see the shoutout Saturday tag become more and more popular and take the emphasis away from
the trending page. Many of us agree that too much attention is paid to trending pages. Its about time that we pay attention to each other, and reward the people with a little recognition for the super work they do on the platform.

Here are my Saturday Shoutouts and why.

Beautiful girl with a good heart..
Met her through a very close friend and colleague of mine who happens to be her younger brother.
She loves taking risk so far it's online and money is involve. She once told me and i qoute her: "just put me indoors, with a good network,constant light and I'll be so productive"
She runs a show on @air-clinic via discord every Tuesday from 8pm GMT. There, they talk to people, play cool music and give Steemians quality advice on health issues, how to take good care of their health and be healthy.
She introduced me to steemit and gave me this simple advice that has helped here:
"Have this in mind, you can post beautiful article, and not get much upvotes. It's very important that you know that upvotes are secondary and steemit is about what positive things you can bring to the table, that will be of benefit to others. Steemit is not just about what you can take from it, but what you can bring into it also. this things take time and with consistency, you'll be successful"

God fearing man...
He believes in doing what is right. Has a blog that's full with inspirational post like 'inspirational daily thoughts' .. I learn a lot from him. Very disciplined and takes time to read and reply all messages on all his post..

Runs a 'bot' called @intro-bot that helps identify and reduce tag spammers. It could really be difficult finding what you looking for here on steemit with naughty taggers abusing tags. the 'bot' has really helped to reduce the misuse of #introduceyourself tag..
He's like my spiritual mentor here on steemit and i am currently under purnishment by him cus he doesn't believe in sparing the rod which spoils the child. (Sad)

Too much to say about this great man..
But I'll pick a few cus I don't wanna bore you my readers.
I'll just mention two of his many projects here on steemit that makes him worth giving a shout-out to.
@steemgigs via discord project...
Here, every one matters.. whether you're a whale, dolphin, minnow, or a newbie.. @steemgigs makes you believe we all have something to over to the world and gives you the opportunity to do that.. yes!! #steemgigs is really giving a voice to the voiceless.
@teardrops project...
This project is made not just to help people who has problems solicit for help but to help promote skills. You've got a business you run? Skills your good at? Stuff you know will benefit others positively and you wanna showcase it? Then teardrops is where you go to for help in making it possible..
What impresses me most about @surpassinggoogle is the way he tries to exposed or promot newbies in the steemit platform.. just click on his blog now and you'll see it's filled up with re-steem of newbies post or introduction of a newbie in steem
