Student was shot in the leg when her teachers hand gun went off in her pocketbook

Yesterday at a high school in SC a student was shot in the leg when her teachers hand gun went off in her pocketbook. The bullet went through her pocketbook and desk before it stuck into a teenage girls prosthetic leg. The gun that misfired has a factory defect causing it to misfire. The gun manufactory “Smith and Weston”can not be held responsible because the NRA has made it so that gun manufactories don’t have to recall their faulty guns and can leave defected guns out on the streets.
The student who was shot, had a prosthetic leg due to a trampoline injury. The family was able to sue the trampoline company and the company was responsible for all damages. However the same little girl cannot sue the gun manufacturing because the NRA and our republican government do not hold gun manufactories to the same standards as they do toy manufacturers
The teacher Susan Phires
and the teenage girl Peggy Legit are doing fine.
Mrs Phires has promised Peg extra credit and no homework for two weeks.
