El día de hoy les hablaré de la reconstrucción de un motor de 6 cilindros muy bueno en óptimas condiciones pero algo delicado, es el 5vz que posee el utilitario a gasolina 4runner y la prado, este es muy bajo en consumo de combustible y rendimiento en carretera pero necesita un buen mantenimiento.
En horas de la mañana se presentó una persona con su vehículo este presentaba un fuerte ruido o martilleo en la parte interna de mismo los que es de suponer por descarte que presenta falta de lubricación del sistema de fluido de aceite.
El dueño del vehículo expresó que el motor tiene solo dos semanas de reconstruido salvó que el alega que se reconstruyó todo el motor y no se colocó la bomba de aceite nueva, esto es una falla muy grave debido a que en los motores la lubricación es lo más fundamental o va en conjunto con todas las funciones.
Se procede a desvestir todos los componentes del motor para poder desacoplar la transmisión, lo primero en desconectar son la parte eléctrica todos los enchufes y conexiones que son muy fácil de retirarlo pero debido al calor y el tiempo de estos vehículo están muy frágiles, luego se procede a desconectar mangueras y correas ya pudiendo así desconectar cuerpo de admisión,múltiple de escape, desacoplar las cámaras o culata de pistón teniendo así mejor acceso a los soportes del motor.
De esa manera se permite mejor oportunidad de retirar los tornillos que acoplan la transmisión con el motor ya así retiramos el mismo y lo ponemos en la mesa de trabajo donde podemos sacarle el Carter y tener la oportunidad de sacar el cigüeñal y los pistones donde se pudo contactar el deterioró de el cigüeñal por falta de lubricación y las conchas de biela es visible por su color el deterioró de las misma .
Teniendo todo los componentes dañados en la mesa de trabajo podemos enviar a la rectificadora dónde cortaran la nueva medida y empleamos todo lo dañado pudiendo colocar todo los repuestos nuevos y de buena calidad.
Luego reemplazamos la bomba de agua, bomba de aceite, empacaduras,
pistones y toda las estoperas ya teniendo el motor ensamblado con todo los repuestos nuevos y calibrados se procede a montar o ensamblar todas las partes que se retiraron para la estación del mismo pudiendo terminar con este trabajo que nos llevó mucho de nuestro tiempo y dedicación para que esté quedarse apto y en óptimas condiciones.
Este tipo de reconstrucción de estos motores son muy delicados y no son como los de otras marcas de vehículo, estos hay que trabajarlo con repuestos originales y de muy buena marca.
En los motores todas las partes son importantes ya que estos tienen el sistema de lubricación, el de enfriamiento el de combustión y escape ninguno es más importante que otro pero el de lubricación con solo bajar un poco la presión está va acortando la vida del mismo.

Having all the damaged components on the work table we can send them to the rectifier where they will cut the new size and we use all the damaged parts and we can put all the new and good quality spare parts.
Then we replace the water pump, oil pump, gaskets,
pistons and all the gaskets and having the engine assembled with all the new and calibrated spare parts we proceed to assemble all the parts that were removed for the station of the same one being able to finish with this work that took us much of our time and dedication so that it is to remain apt and in optimal conditions.
This type of reconstruction of these engines are very delicate and are not like those of other brands of vehicles, these must be worked with original spare parts and very good brand.
In the engines all the parts are important since they have the lubrication system, the cooling system, the combustion and exhaust system, none is more important than the other, but the lubrication system with just a little lower pressure is shortening the life of the engine.
