Me resulta increíble creer que los seres humanos, siendo el organismo más inteligente sobre la tierra, sea tan tonto de gastar gran parte de los recursos en la exploración espacial, buscando vida en otros planetas, cuando el nuestro se extingue.

Alguien una vez me comentaba que muchos de los genios de nuestro mundo procuran no ver noticias, para no perturbar su paz, es que es aterrador ver como los poderosos invierten los millones de las naciones en arma, guerras e investigación con fines que no van más allá de obtener más poder.
Si fuéramos más consecuentes con nuestra vida, utilizaríamos nuestros esfuerzos para mejorar este planeta, para invertir, no solo en el medio ambiente, sino también en la humanidad, una sociedad con más educación y cultura sería más tolerante y nos amaríamos los unos a los otros.
Es fácil vivir en sociedad, tolerarnos e incluso hacernos felices los unos a los otros, simplemente ayudando, pero sería especialmente importante que nuestros gobernantes lo tuvieran en cuenta también.
