Mother Nature has a lot to teach us about our own spiritual involution if we take the time to observe.
Before a caterpillar turns into a butterfly it has to dissolve. It releases enzymes in order to dissolve its tissues because it’s essentially digesting itself. This leads to what could be thought of as a big soupy mess.
But is it really a mess, or is it just a part of an organized process that looks messy?
Once this “soupy mess” has taken place, cells divide and the process of regeneration begins. It’s a delicate process that shouldn’t be disturbed.
The caterpillar needs that time alone to let the work happen. You might want to peek inside or you might want to open up the cocoon a bit to help the butterfly emerge, but that’s not helpful. If you try to remove the cocoon before it’s ready, the butterfly it’s becoming isn’t going to emerge. You have to give it time to go through the process.
Give it time.
Let it dissolve.
Regeneration comes next.
For those with ears to hear, you might be picking up on the fact that I’m actually referring to you. Is this about a butterfly, or is this about yourself?
Both, the answer is both.
One time I went to take some pictures in nature. The place I wanted to take the photos required me to hike a little bit. As I was hiking, I came across a beautiful butterfly garden. I thought, “wow, how appropriate because I’m looking at the manifestation of the concept I was recently thinking about.”

I walked slowly towards the butterflies and hoped I could get a picture without scaring them off. I didn’t know if they were going to be like birds and all fly away.
To my surprise, they did not fly away. They kept doing what they were doing. They had a task, or mission in mind and they continued on in that. Distractions didn't matter. They stayed focus on their mission. There was no fear. It was like I wasn’t even there.
We can learn a lot from our caterpillar and butterfly friends.
We can learn about the power of dissolving oneself in order to completely transform and emerge as something new that is full of beauty and completely focused on the task at hand.
Now let’s throw some affirmations on this, because that’s what I do as the Queen of Affirmations. Remember it’s not about saying the words, it’s about seeing it happening in your mind. You have to see it internally before you see it externally. You must become who you want to be, before you become who you want to be.
I release all thoughts and habits that do not serve my highest good.
I am open to transforming into the best version of myself.
I am grateful for my abundance.
My personal power comes to me naturally.
I am creative and motivated.
I feel good about being myself.
I am getting better every day, in every way.
I hope this has been helpful to you. I want you to feel amazing and ready to transform into an upgraded version of yourself.

I feel the energy of your writing, thanks for sharing it sister <3
The moment we stop wanting to get better every day, to be powerful/motivated, be the best version and repeat affirmations to our mind, we allow letting go. The caterpillar has nothing to hold on to anymore, it gives up, it‘s dying to the known and allowing the unknown. <3
Thank you for your comment. I love that you mentioned letting go because a lot of people are in a stage where they need to do just that in order to get the best outcomes in life. 💖
Yes I feel that it‘s not only a stage for a lot of people, but that it‘s an endless letting go and giving up to every moment :) keep flowing queen <3 :)
