RULESET: Even Stevens

Description:

Only units with even mana costs may be used.

This rule does not apply to summoners.

General Strategy for Even Stevens Ruleset:

The strategy is one: have the cards, have a decent cards with even mana cost to cover any position for example have a proper tank with even mana cost according to the mana cap of the battle, if you don´t have one you more likely has lost already, having only one will only work for certain mana cap battles, having 2 can cover lots of battles like one of 8 mana cost and one of 4 mana cost, as much cards you have(not only tanks) better and higher chances of winning since the other rulesets will limit your options even more, the tank is just an example the same goes for others cards to cover the others spots on your team, mostly Even Stevens ruleset is dominate for the ones with more cards.

Going the Distance: Only monsters with range attack may be used in battle.

Fog of War: Monsters lose the Snipe, Sneak and Opportunity abilities

Mana Cap: 49.

Splinters Allowed: Fire, Life, Earth, Water, Death.

About this Battle:

Even Stevens combined with going the distance, left us with very few options, fortunately I have my max level General Sloam with a lot of max level archers with even mana cost, Unfortunately my opponent has the summoner that give Return Fire to all his units maxed out, when I see it i though I have loss, mostly this one or Quiz always win on Going the Distance ruleset, my opponent even have Shield, Headwinds and tank heal a deadly combination with Return Fire but somehow I manage to fight back, more likely was because he even though he summoner is maxed out the units he is using are not. I use Drybone raider as a tank, he can´t use his range attack on the first position and that goes very well against my opponent Return fire ability, I also have Headwinds, Tank heal, Swiftness, and Strengthen and some very powerful archers with some aggressive abilities like Blast and Double Strike but this abilities could not be the best against this opponent since it will make them to kill themself a lot faster.
