RULESET: Briar Patch

Description:

All units receive the Thorns ability at the start of the battle. Enemy units that use melee attacks receive damage back.

General Strategy for Briar Patch ruleset:

Mainly is avoid using melee units, unless they have Reflection Shield also if you don´t have a great no-melee tank, your best option may be a melee unit, in this case try to use something with Shield to reduce the damage of the thorns or something with Recharge so it does not attack so offend, play around range and magic attack from your opponent, Amplify will be strong on this ruleset and a lot more if you are using another return damage ability, Rust can help in case your opponent still decide to go with melee and use armor to reduce the damage on his units, you can use this strategy as well to surprise your opponent using a summoner that provided armor to all your units or protect or both, beware that your opponent can counter with Rust.

Others Rulesets and battle Conditions:

Reverse Speed: Monsters with the lowest speed attack first and have the higher chances of evading an attack.

Equalizer: The initial health of all monsters is equal to the highest base health on either team.

Mana Cap: 58.

Splinters Allowed: Fire, Water, Dragon, Earth, Life, Death(All splinters allowed).

About this Battle:

On this Battle I decided to chose Grand Master Rathe that give me Amplify and Void Armor as there is a big chance that opponent come with mostly magic damage and yes he did, as Tank I use Uriel with his Recharge ability he will not take too much damage from thorn he also heal himself, on second spot is Corsair Bosun another melee unit but it has Reflection Shield so he is not taking damage from Thorns, I also use Repair, Resurrection , Tank Heal and some range damage, My opponent used almost magic attacks with a melee unit as a tank that heal himself and a Gladiator.
