Ahoy there mateys!

Arrr!!! My name is CaptainWhoco and calling ye and all the other Scallywags for another treasure hunting across the islands of Preatorea. If you want to join my crew and look for some booty, get up on your feet ye buccaneer, coz you can't be a pirate if you are sitting on your feet. This time I am calling you all to join our Splinterlands Weekly tournaments and grab some booty out here.

About the Tournament

This weekly tournament sponsored by SDV-Balthazar guild is live streaming in CaptainWhoco Twitch channel every Saturday at 5:00 PM Philippine time. Tune in to the stream and register to join. I will provide an instruction on how you can register for the tournament at the start of the stream.

All participants will be separated into groups with 4-6 competitors in each group. The match is single elimination. 1st place in each group will move into the final round for the chance to become our weekly champion.

Tournament Prizes

Participants of the tournament win the SPS delegation for 7 days. Total of 100k SPS delegation to be given away for 7 days every week tournaments.

Consolations - 2k SPS Delegation
3rd Place - 5k SPS Delegation
2nd Place - 10k SPS Delegation
Week Champion - 20k SPS Delegation
Reigning Champion - 50k SPS Delegation

Dethroning Match / Reigning Champion

The champion for the week will be matched against the reigning champion from the last week's tournament and will face each other in the "DETHRONING' match. This is the battle for the right to be called the reigning champion. The winner of this match will get an additional 50k SPS Delegation. The match will be in the best of 5 battles. First to defeat the opponent 3x will be the winner and will become the "Reigning Champion".

If the reigning champion did not show up in the tournament to battle the new champion for the week, he will be dethroned and the new champion will be crowned as the new reigning champ. He will also get the additional 50k SPS delegation.

Battle of the Champion Tournament

Lastly, eight (8) unique weekly champions will be invited to join our grand tournament "Battle of the Champions tournament. Participants will be grouped into 2 groups with 4 participants in each group. The matches will be in the format of single round-robin. The top 2 of each group will advance to the Semi-finals. The winners of the 2 semi-final matches will move to the final round.

The winner of this tournament will be called "Grand Champion". Lots of exciting prizes await all the participants of the Battle of the Champions Tournament.
