This is my Weekly Battle battle Mage Secrets submission with the theme. What Doesn't Kill You

I was willing to battle with only Melee Monsters but there was another Reverse Speed rule set, so I decided to use Magic, Melee and Range Monsters in What doesn't kill you rule set. Four Monsters I was using with single speed.
Splinterlands season is also going to end within 1 hour and their Mega event will launch on 18th October for us as splinterland is introducing rebellion pre-sales and booster packs. I am very curious especially for the dual element summoners. There are so many benefits from pre-sale, that's why I am curious to purchase it.

WHAT DOESN'T KILL YOU

There are so many Monsters who has enrage ability that always be fatal for the opponent's team. Who can forget the first summoner Skargore with enrage ability. I have less monster with Melee attack in fire unit that's why hardly use Skargore.
It was a battle with what does not kill you but I was using just two monster with Melee attack.

MY SUMMONER

My focus was not over enrage ability Monsters but I was keeping in mind reverse speed Monsters. I have pretty good Monsters with lowest health in earth unit that's why I given priority to Obsidian. This is a magic additional summoner in 4 mana that provides one magic attack to all fellow magic Monsters. This is a rift watcher addition Rare summoner. I wanted to utilize Doctor Blight and Goblin Psychic that's why I chosen magic additional summoner.

BATTLE RULESET AND MANA

It was 45 Mana game play with certain 3 battle ruleset. I was looking for what does not kill you ruleset but I got 2 more ruleset in the form of weak Magic and reverse speed. It always be difficult task to choose monster in Weak magic and Enrage ruleset..Anyway here is the detail of the ruleset.

Weak Magic-
It means magic Monsters will be less effective and they have to pass through Armor before hitting their health.

Reverse Speed-

Speed base Monster will be ineffective. The Monster with lowest health will perform first. It means lowest health base Monster will take charge first.

What Doesn't Kill You-

It's mean is very simple. All Monster be able to increase their stats but magic and range will able to increase their health not attacking ability. While Melee Monsters will get full enrage ability.

TEAM COMBINATION AND CARD PLACING..

It was very tough to select appropriate team as we are getting 3 crucial battle ruleset. If you are going to use Enrage then you have to pass through with armor. If someone is choosing reverse speed then there are very less Melee monster with sneak and opportunity.
That's why my combination was using to Melee Monster, two magic Monster and two range attack monster. Out of these six I was using four card with single speed so that they can attack first.
Rest of two monster with 2 speed. One thing that I was missing it was armor. I was using only two card with armor. It means I given priority to Reverse Speed. On the contrary, the opposition team Range attack additional summoner and monster.
My opponent was using Three Monster with range attack, 2 monster with magic attack and single card with Melee attack. Somewhere my plan was a perfect as my team started to dominate with first round..
Here is the brief description about playing six Monsters..

MYCELIC INFANTRY

This is super Monster especially for Reverse speed ruleset. This is a Rare Monster from Earth unit. I like it very much because of its Giantkiller ability. This Monster comes with 5 Melee attack and single speed at level 6 whereis, we get 3 Armor and 9 health. With initial level we get Shield ability. It is 8 Mana monster. Due to weak Magic rule set this monster was going to useful as it has pretty good amour. Beside it it's single speed that was extra bonus in Reverse speed battle ruleset. It is a pure Melee Monster so I placed it at first position.

BRAMBLE PIXIE

This is a common Monster from Riftwatcher edition. No doubt rift watcher has given so many monster with pretty good ability that's why the value of its packs has not decreased like other edition. It is a 7 Mana Monster and I was using level 4 so at this level we get four Melee attack and two speed.

From level 6 be get Tank Heal ability. This Reach ability Monster comes with it health. I was using low level card, so I was getting less speed that's why I chosen it at second position to use its reach ability. It was what doesn't kill you rule set, so this Monster was going to be impactful for me.

GOBLIN PSYCHIC

This common Monster has been in my favourite list, since it's beginning due to its silence ability. I wanted to keep at least two silence ability in battle squad to face magic Monsters that's why I chosen this monster in the battle squad. This common Monster comes with two Magic attack, one speed and five health at level 7. Yes this monster has pretty good ability like silence, Affliction and Tank Heal. This is and useful Monster especially in Reverse speed ruleset.

GOBLIN TOWER

This is my favourite one range Monster especially for reverse speed rule set. It is a 7 Mana monster with pretty good four range attack, single speed, four armor and 5 health. It is Chaos Legion edition Earth unit monster. I was using this monster keeping in mind it's pretty good armor and single speed. The good thing is for this Monster is that it's blast ability. There was three reason to use this monster in battle squad. First it's lowest speed, pretty good four armor and its blast ability. No doubt in such battle ruleset everyone would like to use in battle squad.

ULOTH DHAMPIR

I wanted to support fello Monster by Triage that's why I taken this monster in battle squad. This is a rare Monster from earth unit that provides Stun and Triage at level 5. This is a nine Mana monster with 9 health at level 5. We get 4 range attack and 2 speed at level 5. Occasionally, I use this rare Monsters, whenever I have to battle with reverse speed ruleset. You will see in this battle that it was the impact of stun that helped for win otherwise I was away for one attack to lose the battle

DOCTOR BLIGHT

This is a Legendary card. Which I have used 3 level. It only costs 4 mana, does two magic attacks with one speed, and has only four health. I found this to be the most dangerous card in this battle. It has a total of 5 abilities.

Four of his own and one he got because of the battle rule. Its abilities are as follows: Affliction, Camouflage, Poison, Scavenger and Fury. In affliction ability, when a card with Affliction ability attacks a card of the opposing team, then Affliction is applied on it, that is, then that card will not be able to increase its health.

Due to the Camouflage ability, no card of the opposing team will attack it unless it is in the first position. Attacks in the Poison ability have a chance to apply poison, which does automatic damage to the target at the beginning of each round after. the poison is applied. In the scavenger ability, any card of the opposition team or your team will be eliminated, then it will increase its health.

DID MY STRATEGY WORKED WELL? WILL I TRY DIFFERENTLY IN NEXT TIME?

Whenever we are battling with Briar Patch, counter spell, keep your distance, then we have accurate idea that with which card we have to battle. But when we are battling with 3 ruleset like Reverse Speed, Weak Magic and What doesn't kill you then it always be difficult task to select card.
I was not sure taking my card selection that's why I decided to use parrel Monster from Melee, Magic and Range attack. My priority was reverse speed not What doesn't kill you. You will see that I was using 4 monster with single speed.

To rest of the monster with two speed. Yes it can be said that my opponent was little weak taking the card selection according to battle ruleset. You will see, when I finished the battle there was only single damage from my side.

It is because I was using Tank Heal and Triage ability Monster to support fellow Monsters. So I can say that my strategy and plan worked very well. Yes I will do some change in next time according to new battle ruleset…
